Worldwide support
In an emergency, you can visit any HSBC branch, anywhere in the world, and identify yourself. We will give you immediate access to our range of HSBC Premier emergency services, so you will never be left stranded in a difficult situation. This applies to any of your family members who hold a supplementary Premier Credit Card.
If you lose your cash or cards, we'll take care of cancelling your card immediately and issuing an emergency replacement credit card within the next day. We'll also arrange local currency to the equivalent of US$ 2,000 in cash at your nearest HSBC branch (subject to opening hours). If no HSBC branch is available in your location, we can provide you with emergency cash through MasterCard International. We can also connect you to your local Premier call centre, should you need this service.
Worldwide support cover
- Cancelling of lost card and issuing a replacement credit card by the next day,
- Arranging local currency to the equivalent of US$ 2,000,
- Connecting to Premier Telephone Banking in Poland.

HSBC Premier - Opening a world of benefits
Premier is available free of charge for customers maintaining average balance of deposits, savings, investments and insurance products distributed by HSBC of at least 150,000 PLN or equivalent in foreign currency. You can also take advantage of “Salary inflow” (PDF, 37KB).
